Responsive Starbucks

A large-scale, mobile-first, responsive update to Starbucks’ global web platform.

After introducing the team to the concept of responsive web design and campaigning for a responsive re-write of, I led the effort to make it a reality.

Over four short months, a small team of three (consisting of myself, a designer, and a functional analyst) converted the entire Starbucks web platform (at the time, five domains in six languages) to work across a broad range of mobile, tablet, and desktop browsers.
